1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
• You have not violated any terms of service, including account sharing outside of your purchased connection limit.
• The service was not activated or used beyond the initial testing period for the purpose of verifying functionality.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
• The subscription has been fully consumed or used for the entirety of the billing period.
• The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• Issues are caused by the customer's internet connection, hardware, or third-party application configuration.
• The customer changed their mind about the service after extended use beyond the 7-day window.
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions purchased during special flash sales, where refund exclusions are clearly noted at checkout.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Please contact us through one of the following channels:

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the following timelines apply:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Cryptocurrency: Refunds in cryptocurrency are not available. If you paid via crypto, a refund may be issued as service credit or extended subscription time at our discretion.

You will receive a confirmation notification once your refund has been initiated. Please allow the stated processing time before contacting your financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

In some exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion. This may apply when:

• A prolonged technical outage on our end significantly impacted your ability to use the service.
• You request a downgrade from a longer subscription (e.g., 2-year to 6-month) within the first 7 days, where a price difference may be credited.

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. Service Credits

In lieu of a cash refund, we may offer extended subscription time or service credits in the following situations:

• Extended downtime caused by maintenance on our servers (exceeding 24 hours without prior notice).
• At the customer's request as an alternative to a cash refund.

Service credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Fraudulent Refund Requests

Any fraudulent or dishonest refund requests — including false claims of non-delivery or fabricated technical issues — will result in immediate account termination without a refund. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities.
